How to make and design diamond segment formula

The properties of diamond segment is depends on the formula/bond design of structural parameters, the structure of the formula parameters, the grade, size and concentration of the diamond crystal and the ratio of matrix materials group. The ratio of bond group decides the strength, hardness, density, wear resistance and toughness. During the formulation design, the engineers needs to design reasonably according to the nature of the processing object (such as the hardness, strength, thickness and abrasive particle strength), technical parameters of processing method (such as cutting speed, drop cutting depth and RPM of diamond saw blade) and the requirements of processing quality(such as the cutting efficiency and the working lifespan of diamond segment).
Consider the formula according to the nature of processing diamond segment:
(1)If the hardness and the strength of stone are high; fine particle; strong abrasiveness, use high level and fine granularity of matrix .
(2)If the hardness and the strength of stone are low; rough particle; weak abrasiveness, use low level and rough granularity of the matrix.
(3) If linear speed and cutting speed are high; diamond segments and matrix give priority to the impact wear, use high-grade, high-strength and fine granularity of diamond crystal, high-strength and high-toughness matrix of diamond segments.
(4)If linear speed and cutting speed are low; diamond segments and matrix give priority to the grinding wear, we will use low-strength and rough granularity of diamond crystal, less high-strength and high-toughness matrix of diamond segments.
Diamond saw blade linear speed is constant. The cutting speed is controlled by the operator. When diamond segments are made of high-grade and fine granularity of diamond crystal, bond has high strength and hardness, it is better increase the cutting speed. Cutting speed equals the multiplying of the feed quality and amount of feed. When the cutting speed is same, feed, amount of feed is big and the feed quantity is small, which is good at the diamond segments.

If you need high cutting efficiency, you need to use high-grade and rough granularity of diamonds, which is good at the quality of diamond segments.
